The DDRdrive X1 is a performance memory module whereby it will fit into your PCIe and provides you with the performance juice that you might require. Nevertheless, the DDRdrive X1 is comprised of 4GB DRAM and 4GB NAND which works in parallel whereby one of these memory modules is responsible to back up your volatile memory in static disk.
Personally, I think that these memory modules are most suitable for the server environment. On the other hand, it will cost you approximately $1,495 to purchase one of these. I don’t think that it’s really practical to get one of these modules for home usage as I think that it will be plain crazy.
